This was a life-changing decision to make and I'm so happy to have made it. From the moment I booked the gastric band operation, a few months earlier till now (Aug 5th 2023), I've had nothing but positive and outstanding care and support. The day before I flew into Istanbul Airport and was picked up and taken to the hotel. Check-in to the room was smooth and easy and the room itself was very nice. The next morning was picked up at 6 am and taken to the hospital for pre-checks before my morning operation. The chaperone was outstanding. The Doctor was brilliant, he made me feel at ease and the nurses that took care of me were outstanding. On check out to the hotel - the aftercare team was excellent and supportive. Always in total communication via WhatsApp with advice, diet plans etc. Even when travelling home, they continue the support every week, month and quarterly review on your post-op progress. Dietitians Amy, Yasmin and Nora are excellent professionals. I'm so happy with their care and support. (I've lost 25kg in 3 months) I highly recommend the doctor and staff. I travelled alone and was nervous at the beginning. They made me feel comfortable and answered any questions I may have had. If you choose this clinic, then it will be the best decision you will ever make as you are in very safe hands with these excellent professionals. Arran.

The whole experience was better Than i could imagine. Everything was well organised. I felt looked after from the moment I was leaving the airport. I was impressed with the taxi and the hotel. My room was spacious and clean. The day of surgery went also smooth. I had a Gastric Sleeve done. My English/Polish Interpreter was brilliant and funny,he was able to answer many question for me and the rest of the group. He was still there after I had my surgery,when I was waking up from it. I felt really well looked after while at the hospital. Nurses were very kind and even not all of them could speak english, they tried their best by communicating with me through the Google translator on their phones which was very helpfull. There is not a single thing that I could complain about. Top level of hospitality,proffessionalism and the best quality of service and the price! Thank you very much Dr Ceyhun Aydogan for quick, smooth,happy ending operation and small incisions on my tummy! ❤️You are great surgeon! Od momentu wyjazdu z lotniska czułam się pod opieką. Byłam pod wrażeniem taksówki i hotelu. Mój pokój był przestronny i czysty. Dzień operacji również przebiegł bezproblemowo. Zrobiono mi rękawową recesję żołądka. Mój tłumacz języka angielskiego/polskiego był genialny i zabawny, był w stanie odpowiedzieć na wiele pytań moich i reszty grupy. Nadal był przy mnie po operacji, kiedy się z niej budziłam. W szpitalu czułam się naprawdę dobrze zaopiekowana. Pielęgniarki i Pielęgniarze byli bardzo mili i pomimo, że nie wszyscy mówili po angielsku, starali się jak mogli, komunikując się ze mną przez tłumacza Google na swoich telefonach, co było bardzo pomocne. Nie ma ani jednej rzeczy, na którą mógłbym narzekać. Najwyższy poziom gościnności, profesjonalizmu i najlepszej jakości usług i ceny! Bardzo dziękuję dr Ceyhun Aydogan za szybką, płynną i szczęśliwie zakończoną operację oraz małe nacięcia na moim brzuchu! ❤️Jesteś wspaniałym chirurgiem! Die Planung,Vorbereitung,Hotel,die Klinik,die OP,die Nachbehandlung verlief alles mega toll .Alle Menschen die ich um mich rum hatte ,waren super lieb und gaben einen das Gefühl das man sich schon ewig kannte. . Besonders die zwei Ernährungsberaterin Nora und Amy und die Post- Operative Beraterin Bahar. Ganz tolle Mädels die sich immer für einen Zeit nehmen und auch für alle Fragen offen sind. Man kann sie Tag und Nacht anschreiben. Also wenn ihr dies vorhabt dann bei Dr. Aydogan und sein Team. Kann ich euch nur empfehlen 👍

I come form England I had my nose surgery with DR gokhanmersinlioglu he was really good I’m so happy with 4 weeks results the hotel was gret the night of surgery in hospital was great my breathing getting much better and I really recommend them 10/10 ❤️

The nurses Gaye and Deniz are wonderful. They help in everything they can and any questions I have are answered no matter what time it is. I feel very lucky to have known them. Some true professionals.

Meine Operation war am 28.03.2023. Die Ernährungsberatung von Bahar, Nora und Amy ist sehr hilfreich und professionell. Ich kann jederzeit bei Fragen mich melden und sie antworten immer so schnell wie möglich. Insgesamt ist das ganze Team sehr hilfreich und professionell gewesen. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt bei der OP und tue das auch jetzt nach der OP.

I want to tell you a little bit about my experience at the Arpanu Medical. I was very nervous going into the clinic but when I walked in I was greeted with a smile and very professional staff. I meet my translator John who was so wonderful and was there in every step of my process. I would recommend him to anyone. Doctor Serhan was very professional and he answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. All around wonderful staff and clinic. Come in I promise you won’t regret it.

The op went so well! I will even do it again and again! I had zero after effects! To a point I was asking myself was it really done! Until day 11 where I literally could not even finish an egg! Thank you so much Dr and your amazing team! You all made us feel at home, it never felt like am in hospital! The extra care taken was a cherry on top! I highly recommend your exceptional work!

I would like to give a huge thank you to my assistant Bülent, Arpanu Medical and Dr. Ceyhun. I recommend 100/10. I was treated so nicely and staff were lovely as well. Everything went so smooth and according to the plan. The first couple of days after the surgery were rough but as the days goes by, you will feel better and better. If you have any doubts about booking your surgery with Arpanu Medical - book it now and you won’t regret it!!

Ich wurde am 10.01.23 bei Dr. Ceyhun Aydogan operiert. Einen Tag zuvor war Anreise und Check In im Hotel, welches sehr sauber und schön war. Man muss sich keine Gedanken über An- und Abreise machen. Der Check In ins Krankenhaus und die OP verliefen problemlos, man wird wirklich toll betreut und regelmäßig medizinisch überwacht. Nach der OP hatte ich 2-3 Tage Schmerzen, aber es geht wirklich schnell bergauf. Alles ist gut organisiert und professionell ausgeführt. Ich hätte gern ein richtiges Bett für meine Begleitung gehabt, das ist der einzige Kritikpunkt. Ich möchte allen Interessierten empfehlen, sich vor dem Eingriff umfassend über die Umstellung zu informieren! Ich habe mich monatelang eingelesen und trotzdem ist es nicht nur körperlich sondern auch insbesondere mental eine große Umstellung! Ich bereue es nicht, habe vorher bei 163 cm 105 kg gewogen und wiege heute 89 kg. Die Ernährungsberatung danach ist sehr hilfreich - danke an Amy, Bahar und Nora :)

Ich habe im Dezember 2022 eine Schlauchmagen Op von Dr. Ceyhun Aydogan durchführen lassen. Ich habe die Op über Arpanu Medical gebucht. Das gesamte Team ist sehr bemüht und hat alles von A-Z organisiert. Auch nach der Op wird man weiterhin betreut, ein Dankeschön an Minty, Amy und Bahar für die gute Betreuung auch nach der Op. Bei Fragen ist das gesamte Team immer ansprechbar, auch die vor Ort Betreuung war bestens. Ich wünsche dem gesamten Team alles gute!!! Vielen dank für dieses neue Leben….VG Sandra
