Excellent Service

I cannot fault the service I received from Rachel Mack. She went that extra mile to ensure that she was able to offer me exactly what I wanted from my river cruise choice. I had many questions and requirements which she dealt with in a friendly, helpful manner whilst remaining professional at all times. It was a pleasure to deal with her, she is a credit to APT.

Fabulous boat, wonderfull holiday.

Fabulous boat, immaculately maintained, excellent ports of call, enthusiastic and informative Tour Director, plenty of food and drink, ( though served by less than enthusiastic staff, no eye contact, little rapport ). Overall, an exceptionally good trip. We would strongly recommend APT to anyone considering a small motor yacht cruise.,

Wonderful Danube River Cruise

Everything was well organised and thought out. The choice of excursions, the ambience of the ship, the well designed cabins and the food. The local guides at our various stops gave a fascinating insight into the history of Europe, particulary over the last 100 years or so. It was a busy schedule - there are no "days at sea" on a river cruise, but we came home stimulated by the whole experience and ready to plan our next one.

Beutiful pictures were taken from beautiful countries

It was a happy, safety and relax cruise! Cruise Director Mr. Gunther plays an important role to bridge both the navigating and catering crew. In addition, he is a seasoned guide and always introduce local practice and famous spots in brief before onshore that help passengers to fully enjoy this cruise.

The trip was a new experience for me…

The trip was a new experience for me and the Team from Roland to Nico and all the staff were amazing ! I work in hospitality and felt they gave their all! Sadly the first day in Nurnberg was disappointing as we had a delayed flight and when we reached the e boat we arrived when the trout was leaving for the town. This then was a wasted day as we waited at the airport for other passengers and could have John this tour so ineffective had a day lost and a visit to Nurnberg we could have joined but we had no option offered, last day again we sat around for hours for our departure flight with nothing to do. Just felt like a lose end I also missed local food to the region on the menu ! The Pub is also another. Lost opportunity for design and appearance on that ship. The food there was poor so only visited once during the trip. Enjoyed the rest of the journey and efforts made by all to keep us happy and engaged Thank you
