Excellent Service

I cannot fault the service I received from Rachel Mack. She went that extra mile to ensure that she was able to offer me exactly what I wanted from my river cruise choice. I had many questions and requirements which she dealt with in a friendly, helpful manner whilst remaining professional at all times. It was a pleasure to deal with her, she is a credit to APT.

Fabulous boat, wonderfull holiday.

Fabulous boat, immaculately maintained, excellent ports of call, enthusiastic and informative Tour Director, plenty of food and drink, ( though served by less than enthusiastic staff, no eye contact, little rapport ). Overall, an exceptionally good trip. We would strongly recommend APT to anyone considering a small motor yacht cruise.,

Experience

The food, service and organisation was second to none. Emese our cruise director had a lot to re-organise on our cruise due to low water levels and we had a great experience she was always very professional and friendly. This was our fourth cruise with APT/Travelmarvel and we loved it.

Princess Elaganza

Great little boat with brilliant staff, unforgettable experience. Food spot on a well. Not cheap but you get what you pay for and with only circa 31passengers quite exclusive.

Fab cruise

We had a fabulous cruise and all the staff were friendly polite and extremely helpful. The organised trips were so very interesting and the local guides funny and informative. Our cruise director Emese was excellent as were the two entertainers Kathleen and Scott. We had a fab fab time!

Not good enough

Boat, staff, food and cabin excellent. Low water levels so had to be bussed to Passau ... nobody's fault. However my husband was ill for 3 days with very high temperature and sore throat but not even first aid kit on board, not even a couple of paracetamols. Lots of elderly people so really NOT GOOD ENOUGH.

River Cruise was lovely

Cruise was lovely. Relaxing and scenic. Crew and all staff were fantastic. Flight desk staff - particularly Leticia were absolutely brilliant when we were caught in the disruption due to an Air Traffic problem in UK. Highly recommended company.

The food was excellent

The food was excellent. Delicious meals. The cabin was poor as far as wardrobe space was concerned and the air conditioning was noisy and not particularly effective. Owing to weather conditions, ie high winds we spent three night in Split ,which should have been only one which meant that the holiday did not fulfil our expectations. We spent 2 solid days sailing as there was no alternative arrangements for bad weather. It was very disappointing.

Never again

Joined the cruise Delightful Danube for second week of 2 week cruise in Nuremberg after two days cruising boat tied up and became a coach tour 6 houres to Vienna on the way me and my wife began to feel unwell checked into hotel up all night coughing and so we're a lot of others left Vienna after second night in hotel 3 hours to Budapest another hotel for one night then home following day did lateral flow test when got home and we tested positive

Superb cruise

Superb cruise. Excellent staff. Very friendly, thoughtful, and always willing to help. Emese Balitsz, the tour director on our boat, was always informative, helpful and positive, all excursions superbly organised. The room was cleaned to the very highest standards, the bedding was extremely comfortable enabling good quality rest.The lounge facilities were excellent and always available. The food was of the very highest class. The cruise easily one of the finest we have been on, and terrific value for money. Transfers to the airport and the boat were very well organised and punctual. There is nothing we could possible comment on that is negative in any way. Definitely coming again with ATP.
