Excellent Service
I cannot fault the service I received from Rachel Mack. She went that extra mile to ensure that she was able to offer me exactly what I wanted from my river cruise choice. I had many questions and requirements which she dealt with in a friendly, helpful manner whilst remaining professional at all times. It was a pleasure to deal with her, she is a credit to APT.

Fabulous boat, wonderfull holiday.
Fabulous boat, immaculately maintained, excellent ports of call, enthusiastic and informative Tour Director, plenty of food and drink, ( though served by less than enthusiastic staff, no eye contact, little rapport ). Overall, an exceptionally good trip. We would strongly recommend APT to anyone considering a small motor yacht cruise.,

Well organised from start to finish
Well organised from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble from the extremely pleasant crew. Quality and quantity of food and beverages was spot on. Varied trips were provided on a daily basis. And everything was included in one price paid prior to embarking, so no nasty financial surprises. This is our third river cruise with APT and it won't be the last. Ian and Heather

Danube cruise review
Cabins were of a high standard and spotless and the cleaners and restaurant staff were excellent. I would have preferred a printout of the daily activities delivered to the cabin each evening and more time in the beautiful Austrian villages we passed through, rather than more time in the cities on the Danube cruise. Also the cruise director was a little patronising when we asked him a couple of questions, inferring we should have found this on the daily activities board.

Nice holiday, but...
The boat was clean and well looked after, the food was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. We were unable to complete the final leg of our trip by boat due to high water levels and the company did a great job in organising buses and hotel rooms at short notice. What I did not appreciate when I booked the holiday was how much time we would spend on the boat - some days up to 20 hours. For me this was too much. I would much rather be able to spend more time on shore visiting the places we travelled to.

Can't fault APT Staff will be travelling with them again.
Can't fault the staff, the cleanliness, the willingness to please. I have mobility issues and the only time there was a problem was when we were moored alongside another boat from APT, having to walk up and over the sundeck using my stick and with someone carrying my rollator was not always easy. The staff however, could not of been more helpful and genuinely invested in making it as easy as possible. They had different transport options according to your mobility needs and wanted to make sure that everything was right.,

A wonderful cruise
A wonderful cruise. Small but compact cabin with everything needed in it. Comfortable bed. loved the window when it was lowered. The tours were well organised and very informative. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Any problems quickly sorted out. Lots of choice in the menu including vegetarian. Would have liked music channel on the tv. Programme for each day was well displayed on tv and on the notice board. Entertainment was very good. Would highly recommend this cruise.
