Excellent Service

I cannot fault the service I received from Rachel Mack. She went that extra mile to ensure that she was able to offer me exactly what I wanted from my river cruise choice. I had many questions and requirements which she dealt with in a friendly, helpful manner whilst remaining professional at all times. It was a pleasure to deal with her, she is a credit to APT.

Fabulous boat, wonderfull holiday.

Fabulous boat, immaculately maintained, excellent ports of call, enthusiastic and informative Tour Director, plenty of food and drink, ( though served by less than enthusiastic staff, no eye contact, little rapport ). Overall, an exceptionally good trip. We would strongly recommend APT to anyone considering a small motor yacht cruise.,

Attentiveness and consideration shown to the utmost by staff. Every need catered for … even without asking. Excursions and experiences were unforgettable and far above expectation. Best holiday ever.

Well organised river cruise

Well organised river cruise. Well thought out expeditions catered for different levels of ability. Met some very nice people. Housekeeping and restaurant staff very friendly and helpful. Entertainment couple were excellent Always choices on the various menus served in the restaurant and snacks. Only small adverse point was the tea and coffee stations - not particularly good. 7 days was just the right length for a first cruise!

Unbelievable Value

A great all inclusive cruise. Our first river cruise and so enjoyable. The food was excellent if a little repetitive in the veg dept. with the same 3 veg for 14 days, but this was the only complaint. The excursions were well organised by Victor the Cruise Director and broken into small groups of 20/30 moving at different speeds to cater for all walking capabilities. Only question remains is where next, The Douro, The Rhone?

Excellent holiday

Excellent ship. Excellent and helpful staff. Very good food. Very good and unobtrusive entertainment. Excellent itinerary and chioce of shore trips. Excellent cruise manager.

Best holiday for a long time

Best holiday for a long time. Great value for money, staff were very attentive and good fun. The tours which were included in the price were very informative about the history of the beautiful places we saw. The recital in the palace was fantastic and unexpectedly fun. Loved it!

An exceptional river cruise with a busy but well balanced itinerary. This was made special by a wonderful cruise director and happy and attentive crew who ensured a smooth and enjoyable experience.
