Excellent Service

I cannot fault the service I received from Rachel Mack. She went that extra mile to ensure that she was able to offer me exactly what I wanted from my river cruise choice. I had many questions and requirements which she dealt with in a friendly, helpful manner whilst remaining professional at all times. It was a pleasure to deal with her, she is a credit to APT.

Fabulous boat, wonderfull holiday.

Fabulous boat, immaculately maintained, excellent ports of call, enthusiastic and informative Tour Director, plenty of food and drink, ( though served by less than enthusiastic staff, no eye contact, little rapport ). Overall, an exceptionally good trip. We would strongly recommend APT to anyone considering a small motor yacht cruise.,

Everything was very well organised

Everything was very well organised, every member of staff was polite charming and friendly at all times. The food was always very good/excellent at every meal. I will definitely be using APT Travelmaster again.

Everything about our River Cruise was…

Everything about our River Cruise was wonderful. The organisation of all aspects of trip was first class. Comfort, cleanliness, food, activities and transfers were all taken care of in a very professional way.

Staff were great

Staff were great. Tours were good. Food was fabulous. Even better if ….Quality of bed sheets was improved and there was live entertainment every evening.

Danube river cruise.

River cruise Budapest - Bucharest, and return. Excellent cruise, with very interesting trips out, good food, nice room, top notch crew always smiling.......and complimentary wine with lunch & dinner!

Croatia cruise

Wonderful cruise with lots of opportunities to relax and to learn about Croatia. Local guides were excellent giving insight into the complex history of Croatia . Disappointed with the tour director who was unhelpful with lost luggage, he didn’t give us the information about pick ups to the airport. The crew were helpful and courteous to everyone.

Lovely cruise on the Princess Eleganza

Lovely cruise on the Princess Eleganza. Wonderful staff, accommodating and fun. Got a little rough on the sea around Dubrovnik but the Captain did his best to make it as smooth as possible. Informative walking tours, heavily historic-would have enjoyed cultural stories and perhaps some botanical references, especially re the beautiful smelling trees.

Attention to detail

Attention to detail, excellent food and staff, knowledgeable tour guides. The boat was comfortable. However, we did feel that there was little time to relax and everything was micro-managed. A bit more leisure time inbuilt would be nice.
