Excellent Service
I cannot fault the service I received from Rachel Mack. She went that extra mile to ensure that she was able to offer me exactly what I wanted from my river cruise choice. I had many questions and requirements which she dealt with in a friendly, helpful manner whilst remaining professional at all times. It was a pleasure to deal with her, she is a credit to APT.

Fabulous boat, wonderfull holiday.
Fabulous boat, immaculately maintained, excellent ports of call, enthusiastic and informative Tour Director, plenty of food and drink, ( though served by less than enthusiastic staff, no eye contact, little rapport ). Overall, an exceptionally good trip. We would strongly recommend APT to anyone considering a small motor yacht cruise.,

The holiday was very well organised and gave everyone to make the most of their holiday in terms of options available. The food was excellent and the accommodation very comfortable.

Hooked on River Cruising…
Everything that we expected we experienced. The cabin was clean,had all that we needed and the outside balcony was good apart from when we were docked next to another ship. The food was good and the service outstanding. Trips gave us a good insight to the countries we visited especially the concert in Vienna and Sound of Music in Saltzberg. On board entertainment was excellent and the duo Kathleen and Scott worked very hard. Korina ,cruise director was very knowledgeable and helpful. We were surprised to learn that the top deck would be shut for a few days because of low bridges as we hadn't seen anything about this in a brochure. APT holidays have pleased us as everything was included in the price. This will be our kind of holiday from now on.

APT made sure we arrived on our TravelMarvel Vega and looked after us all the way from Nuremberg to Budapest and home again. Very a Tentative staff, comfortable rooms and excellent food. What more could we ask for.

THIS WAS A GREAT HOLIDAY IT LIVED UP TO EXPECTATIONS THE HOLIDAY WAS WELL ORGANISED BY THE SHIP MANAGEMENT, FOOD DRINKS ETC WERE VERY GOOD THE ON BOARD STAFF WERE EXEPTIONAL NOTHING WAS TOO MUCH TROUBLE ALWAYS WITH A SMILE COULD NOT FAULT 5 STAR ,WILL TRAVEL WITH APT AGAIN

European Gems - Budapest to AmsterdamWhile we enjoyed our holiday
While we enjoyed our holiday, there were a few issues that could be improved upon. Firstly, it was extremely disappointing to find coins and wooden cutlery in the cabin drawers. It felt as though the previous occupants belongings hadn't been removed and no cleaning had been done. I started my cruise by using dampened tissues to clean drawers which were dusty. Secondly, food was not good for first two nights but did improve considerably on the third day. The restaurant staff were excellent and did their best to make sure everything was perfect.

We had an amazing holiday
We had an amazing holiday, the ship was wonderful food great and the places we visited were brilliant. The icing on the cake was the fact that the majority of the passengers were Australian and their friendliness made our holiday the most relaxing we have ever had. If we had a small complaint it would be the late breakfast consisting of a hard boiled egg and a cold croissant left a little to be desired. All in all we are definitely looking forward to sailing with APT in the not too distant future. 👏👏👏👏

Our very first cruise and this was cruising with style. We could not praise the crew highly enough if we had a thousand words to use. It was a sheer delight to have 5* cuisine on a daily basis just watching the scenery on the Rhine float majestically by with castles and vineyards to delight again and again. Thank you APT for a memory to cherish forever.
