Excellent Service
I cannot fault the service I received from Rachel Mack. She went that extra mile to ensure that she was able to offer me exactly what I wanted from my river cruise choice. I had many questions and requirements which she dealt with in a friendly, helpful manner whilst remaining professional at all times. It was a pleasure to deal with her, she is a credit to APT.

Fabulous boat, wonderfull holiday.
Fabulous boat, immaculately maintained, excellent ports of call, enthusiastic and informative Tour Director, plenty of food and drink, ( though served by less than enthusiastic staff, no eye contact, little rapport ). Overall, an exceptionally good trip. We would strongly recommend APT to anyone considering a small motor yacht cruise.,

Booking was easy.
Booking was easy and Rachel had all the answers to my questions. She did really well despite having systems issues, and phone problems at her end. She never became flustered. All the paperwork came through very quickly. Many thanks. Looking forward to our cruise now.

Outstanding European River Cruise
Our recent European river cruise was outstanding from start to finish. From our transport to and from the airport, the service from all members of staff and tour guides, it was all excellent. The excursions and experiences were well planned and executed. On board food was first class and catering for my Gluten intolerance was never a problem. We had a marvellous holiday.

Have used APT 5 times before and even with this trip being with Travel Marvel the quality and servicer was excellent. The bar and restaurant staff were great and provided the best of service. The only small issue was that it would very been good the have fresh eegs cooking on the cooking station for breakfast!! Would always recommend APT to anyone.

Early to bed, early to rise and see loads of New Zealand.
If you don't like getting up early then this trip is not for you but on the other hand if you are happy to rise early and embrace what each day offers then this is an absolutely brilliant way to see as much of New Zealand as possible in 17 days. The itinerary gave an overview of each day but it was added to by all the little extras visible from the coach as we were transported along, coupled with an informative tour leader who filled us in with some history without going over the top. This was my bucket list trip and it did not disappoint.

Fantastic River Cruise
Danube Cruise : Excellent organisation. Welcoming staff. Travelmarvel Vega a Beautiful cruiser with very comfortable rooms, excellent food with superb presentation and very friendly staff. High standard of cleanliness . Cruise director very knowledgable , entertaining and well organised. Good range of built in tours with excellent guides and a good variety of optional tours. Scenery beautiful and lucky to have great weather. A great experience that we really enjoyed and made some good friends.

Friendly helpful team on board, well chosen stops and lovely food. Busy activities like tours, events on board and chatting to fellow passengers but also space if you want or need it on a large, comfortable vessel.

Good route to fabulous locations.
Good route to fabulous locations with a great crew and captain. However the boat and particularly the cabins are very tired and resulted in a less than wonderful experience. I experienced a challenge as my luggage didn’t arrive with me at the airport. I was a little disappointed by the lack of concern or support offered by the Cruise Director. Sadly in all I question if it was value for money.
