Excellent Service
I cannot fault the service I received from Rachel Mack. She went that extra mile to ensure that she was able to offer me exactly what I wanted from my river cruise choice. I had many questions and requirements which she dealt with in a friendly, helpful manner whilst remaining professional at all times. It was a pleasure to deal with her, she is a credit to APT.

Fabulous boat, wonderfull holiday.
Fabulous boat, immaculately maintained, excellent ports of call, enthusiastic and informative Tour Director, plenty of food and drink, ( though served by less than enthusiastic staff, no eye contact, little rapport ). Overall, an exceptionally good trip. We would strongly recommend APT to anyone considering a small motor yacht cruise.,

We have just booked our first river cruise and we could not be more pleased with the professional, polite and helpful Indy who dealt with our booking. Very impressed, hopefully the cruise will be just as good.

Busy schedule - excellent tour guides.
We were looked after wonderfully after a fall on the 2nd day. Can't fault the care but would have liked more time at the wonderful hotels along the way. Few too many early starts and late arrivals. Staff wonderful.

Rocky Mountanier and cruise
The best thing about the trip were the other passengers. Everyone mixed well and wanted the trip to be a success. From a personal point of view the one thing that spoilt my view of the trip was the "tour manager" who was continualy talking and putting her views out whether you wanted them or not, also additional side trips were being pushed all the time. Being off an older nature my wife and I were not pushed to take these trips but the others were which spoilt the whole ambience of the trip.

First River Cruise
We are used to Ocean cruises and do 3 a year. This was our first river cruise and everything fine from being picked up from home to the airport to the whole river cruise experience APT were excellent the boat was very comfortable the food very good and the staff exceptional. The Tours organised gave us a good choice each day. We would definitely go on a APT organised cruise again
