I cannot fault the service I received from Rachel Mack. She went that extra mile to ensure that she was able to offer me exactly what I wanted from my river cruise choice. I had many questions and requirements which she dealt with in a friendly, helpful manner whilst remaining professional at all times. It was a pleasure to deal with her, she is a credit to APT.
Very high quality fabulous cruise.
Fabulous boat, immaculately maintained, excellent ports of call, enthusiastic and informative Tour Director, plenty of food and drink, ( though served by less than enthusiastic staff, no eye contact, little rapport ). Overall, an exceptionally good trip. We would strongly recommend APT to anyone considering a small motor yacht cruise.,

Great cruising experience, lovely food and terrific service
The whole holiday was excellent, all the staff were excellent. We will be going on holiday with you again in the near future. Cannot fault anything on board. Off shore excursions were excellent.
Unfortunately there wasn’t any coffee making facilities in our cabin, being advertised as a luxury cruise I would expect this. I was asked to inform the chef about my dietary needs, which I did first thing, I’m type 2 diabetic, all he offered me was sliced fruit as a dessert! Which turned out to be melon. On our penultimate day a made a remake to our waiter and he produced sugar free ice cream and a sugar free cake, he explained that they keep these for diabetics. Pointless me talking to the chef! However I must compliment the onboard staff they were excellent.
The quality of the crew and the service they provided. Nothing was too much for them and moreover their personalities shone through. The ship was extremely comfortable and in good order and the whole tour was a first class experience.
Rocky Mountaineer whale watching glacier bay. Tour guides very helpful and made everything run smoothly
Travelled on MS AmaStella From Amsterdam to Budapest Beginning 26th May for 15 Days. The staff were excellent on board. Janosh the tour director was amazing. He encountered some major logistical challenges when floods in the Danube forced us to disembark at Bamberg and continue by bus with accommodation organised in Munich and Nuremberg. After 3 days we boarded another cruise ship Capella and were given the green light to continue to Budapest. Janosh was very inciteful, had huge travel knowledge and experience with tour groups. Jerry the manager was a wonderful, helpful and polite man with great diplomacy skills. Special mention to Jeff, Rama and Silvia who took care of beverages and service. Loved being looked after, enjoyed the food and beverages. The cabin was clean and very comfortable bed. Staff attentive upon request. Excellent organisation of tours, fantastic old towns and villages to explore. Free time when you wanted to see your own sights or kick back and watch the people go by! Considering the hiccups with the floods APT staff were fantastic and we loved our cruise! APT were generous enough to partially refund our cruise and we appreciated that gesture. And that is why we will be considering another APT cruise in the near future.
Ignore all the fake reviews here. I have just had the BEST holiday of my life onboard Amavenita, Bud-Ams Ship, staff, service, food. Everything excellent Book now.
Disappointed before we go Going. On euo cruise 4t August Only just seen dstail daily trips now mostly extra We are NOT IN A. CHEAP cabin Unlike us. Check the details But EVEN NOW THEY SAY EXTRA PRICE BHT GUESS. WHAT STILL NO £ SIGN Surprise still to come
Really nice ship, mainly excellent staff, some very good included excursions and wifi BUT some things so awful it's hard to believe they can call these "Luxury cruises". For example, tonight the dessert was Crepe Suzette - cold, limp folded pancakes that looked completely uncooked, straight out of a packet, with a glupey strong but unpleasant sauce, not flambed and restaurant staff thought it was acceptable. Thank goodness not everything is that bad - but don't come expecting everything to be luxury!
