Excellent Service

I cannot fault the service I received from Rachel Mack. She went that extra mile to ensure that she was able to offer me exactly what I wanted from my river cruise choice. I had many questions and requirements which she dealt with in a friendly, helpful manner whilst remaining professional at all times. It was a pleasure to deal with her, she is a credit to APT.

Fabulous boat, wonderfull holiday.

Fabulous boat, immaculately maintained, excellent ports of call, enthusiastic and informative Tour Director, plenty of food and drink, ( though served by less than enthusiastic staff, no eye contact, little rapport ). Overall, an exceptionally good trip. We would strongly recommend APT to anyone considering a small motor yacht cruise.,

Well done APT

Having completed nearly 50 sea cruises we thought we would try a 15 day APT river cruise from Budapest to Amsterdam the best word to describe it was FANTASTIC from the time they picked us up from the house till the time they brought us back The boat, food,cabin, drinks,all the staff and the free daily trips especially in Vienna made it one of our best ever

Flight arrangements went well on…

Flight arrangements went well on outward trip to Budapest. Excellent reception on ship, food was superb and staff were extremely efficient and helpful in every way. Due to flight disruption coming home the cruise was spoilt. Not enough information was available or help given.

Brilliant from beginning to end.

The whole trip was brilliant from beginning to end. The staff, the itinerary, the food, the ship and the excursions. You could not want more from a river cruise. One of the best holidays we have ever had.

I would have given 5 stars but for a transfer issue that remains unresolved This issue has now been satisfactorily resolved therefore I will increase my star rating to 5

Good but not great APT cruise from Nuremberg to Budapest

Joined the cruise at Nuremberg for the week's journey to Budapest but the majority of the passengers had been on for a week already cruising from Amsterdam . This meant we ( the 20 newbies) felt a bit like interlopers. Most friendship groups had already formed.

Boat, Crew and staff excellent

All the crew and staff were amazing. Just two things wrong. 1. Us Brits were in a tiny minority and it felt like we were butting in on a 2 week Australian holiday. We were not welcolmed or introduced or told anything. 2. The tour guides gave far too much info. We needed time to stop and stare and maybe have a coffee.
