Selling items they don't have in stock

I ordered an item from this organization which mentioned July 10 as delivery - I've just spoken to these people and they have told me they don't have even the item in stock in Victoria so are advertising appliances they don't have and I now don't know when this item will be available or delivered in Victoria - they offered me the same item to be POSTED though I requested my old item of exactly the same product be collected for recycle so how is an Aust Post delivery going to achieve that - now I wait and watch for a "couple" of weeks until the item is in stock in Victoria. Very misleading and poor customer service should have gone retail.

Great to shop & deal with

We have now got several large household white-goods from Appliances Online. Have purchased via the website & on the phone when using their price matching offer. Really excellent to deal with. The delivery service is first rate keeping you up-to-date with the delivery status and arrival date/time. Plus taking away the old one is just great. In one case I had to make a warranty claim - again it was no hassle, excellent to deal with and they sorted the problem out for me. Highly recommended to deal with. We will do so again.

Top notch

Great choice in Appliances, very easy order process with great communication and updated delivery times. Ordered the evening and received my item the next day. Can’t beat that service. Delivery drivers very pleasant.

excellent purchase experience!

I had an excellent experience buying my dryer from Appliances Online, from the online purchase experience to the communications to the delivery and installation. I had to call customer service to ask for an earlier delivery date and they arranged that for me quickly too. Would 100% buy from them again!

Great Service

I can't believe the service I've gotten from Pamela, Ruby and the whole team and Appliances Online. I bought not 1, not 2, but 3 washers in a row that had different faults. It was CRAZY but Appliances Online replaced every one and you cannot ask for more than that!!! but I did -- I asked them to move my dryer for a washer service - and they did that too. SUPER, SUPER service!!

Everything was easy out…

Everything was easy from checking out the dishwasher range on the website to booking a delivery and removal slot. Also had need to contact office, they were prompt in replying. Young fella who did the installing and removing was friendly and efficient.

Don't buy for this company

Extremely Disappointed – Poor Service and Damaged Appliance I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. During the installation of my new washing machine, the delivery team from Appliances Online damaged my existing dryer. I reported the issue immediately, but it took over three months to receive any kind of response—only then did they say they would NOT repair it. Since then, I’ve requested to speak with a manager multiple times, but I’ve been ignored by customer service. Despite having spent thousands of dollars with this company in the past, I’ve received nothing but poor service and a complete lack of accountability. I will never shop with Appliances Online again, and I strongly urge others to be cautious when buying from them. Customer care is non-existent, and damage caused during delivery should be taken seriously—not dismissed.

Customer Service Top Notch.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size washing machine for our unit. The delivery guy arrived and realised it wouldn't fit (before he unboxed the machine). I contacted customer support and arranged (very stress free) a smaller machine to go in the space and another delivery date that suited the tenants. Thanks you Appliances online for 10/10 customer service.

Service is second to none

Service is second to none. The price match, delivery for free, install for free and take the old on away for free. I ordered a washing machine recently and unfortunately it didn't fit. I reached out to customer support who was able to assist in a couple of minutes, offering to deliver a replacement. FOR FREE. I mean... Thank you guys!
