Apex Learning is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about customer service.
The course was very detailed and covered everything I thought it would and more. If ever I had a question Johnny Shaw at the help desk would get back to me in a timely manner. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the course and customer service.

Very good for either adding to employment personnel file or for learning new skills. Customer support very helpful. Courses very enjoyable to do at your own pace at home or wherever you want. Massive array of courses and diplomas, most levels catered, CPD and a credited bodies also. Great service team if you have any inquiries, they get back to you ASAP! Very good experience and will be learning for years to come with Apex!

Course was great value. The module was easy to load and to follow. The delivery of the information was clear and the tutor who wrote and delivered it was very knowledgeable. I handed my first assignment in and it was marked very quickly which I was really delighted with.

I am currently studying for an HLTA course with Apex Learning, and was impressed on the website with all that was covered in the curriculum. I found this course via the Reed recruitment website and checked the Trustpilot's reviews to make sure it was legitimate and of good quality. Therefore, I enrolled with this provider but I am now seriously regretting my choice. From the moment I received my coursework, I noticed that the introduction and subsequent documents were "copy-paste" jobs from several different sources, as the documents are all in different fonts, switching from American to British English, referring to certain skills as "customer service/satisfaction" (this is in an education setting) and throughout the lessons, there are typos, unfinished sentences and passages repeated one after the other (and not for reinforcing purposes, just poor syntax). It looks, in short, quite unprofessional and poorly put together. Find another provider if you can.

The supporting materials are helpful, and provide a useful starting point for self-study. Be aware that it really is fully self-study, but if you get stuck on anything then the support staff at Apex are quick to reply and help point you in the right direction. Overall, a good course that has really helped me grow as a teacher over the past 10 months.
