HLTA course level 4
I am currently studying for an HLTA course with Apex Learning, and was impressed on the website with all that was covered in the curriculum. I found this course via the Reed recruitment website and checked the Trustpilot's reviews to make sure it was legitimate and of good quality. Therefore, I enrolled with this provider but I am now seriously regretting my choice. From the moment I received my coursework, I noticed that the introduction and subsequent documents were "copy-paste" jobs from several different sources, as the documents are all in different fonts, switching from American to British English, referring to certain skills as "customer service/satisfaction" (this is in an education setting) and throughout the lessons, there are typos, unfinished sentences and passages repeated one after the other (and not for reinforcing purposes, just poor syntax). It looks, in short, quite unprofessional and poorly put together. Find another provider if you can.
