I received a text message from my father in South Africa today as he had received a random text message out of the blue from someone he hadn't spoken to in over 40 years to say that Eileen Lavelle from Anglia Research was trying to located him regarding a deceased estate. He was concerned about it being a scam or some other nonsense. I called Eileen on my dad's behalf this morning and she was super helpful and professional. I gave what information I had to help her resolve a case she'd had for the last 6 years and I couldn't believe the lengths to which she had gone to find the relevant parties. Her care and attention to wrapping up this estate is truly impressive. She clearly loves what she does and the people she helps and it's evident in the work she puts in.

I was sceptical when first contacted about a possible inheritance but Eileen reassured me and proceeded in the most professional and thorough manner to investigate. No longer replies to emails (two emails sent to you, waited two weeks before doing this review). Unsure if a contract still exists (after signing with them in July 2021). No proactive contact or updates during this time. No doubt this will be replied to though. Very professional.
