Amtico has mixed reviews from customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and quality, though some mention concerns about expensive and customer service.
I would say it was an all round good experience from my visit to the showroom with their vast range of flooring plus staff being so helpful including a visit to check how it would be practical etc and staff arriving on time and being so professional and helpful in completing my flooring
Fitter took time respected the property and furniture .would definitely recommend . fitter and flooring .very pleased
I recently had an issue with tiles picking up and fading - I contacted the company and they dealt with it in a very speedy and efficient way. The product is excellent and this is matched by the service
Beautiful floor laid very skillfully. Warranty registration process easy and prompt. One issue - as tiles are supplied in 2sqm packs, we were left with 1.65sqms of expensive tiles. Perhaps packs should be supplied in 1sqm quantity.

Amtico Click Smart Abstract Mirus Feather - we bought this expensive flooring as not only had it fantastic reviews but it was rated top quality flooring that didn't scratch easily. Dont waste your money, the flooring is awful. It doesn't click in properly, it scratches and marks. It looks horrible. Definitely do not buy if you have animals or children. If your likely to bring in the slightest bit if dirt it shows and marks the floor. All my chairs have pads on but yet if they slightly move its too late as the floor is scratched. Do not recommend.

Such a poor quality flooring. Also, it chemically reacts with rubber so if your furniture pads happen to be of rubber it will left permanent stains which is impossible to remove.

Spent £thousands on Amtico flooring approx 5-6 years ago. Poorly laid in the first place, lots of gaps. Left many messages with the retailer/ floor layer at the time and again when discouration began.. no response. Hallway has pink marks where a table had sat (with pads) , white kitchen floor started to discolour within 12-18 months and is now very yellow. Rep came out last year.. said yellowing is because of our ceiling lights!!!! pink marks are because we didnt use Amtico pads ( we were told any pads were okay to use). Rep never got back to us after saying he would look into why we never got replacement flooring that was ordered for us by the floor layer. I have contacted Amtico yet again as the floor looks terrible, very yellow in places. They say 25 year guarantee but so far all I have received is excuses. Will update this review once/if I hear back from Amtico

Purchased amtico : Nordic Oak SS5W2550, Shocking 2mm thick ,tried to return it the moment it arrived and was told I had to pay £280 to return it and they will not budge on this ,abousoluty shocking to return a brand new item unopened. Steer clear of these clowns .the receptionist has terrible customer service be advised of this awful company .

I’d never buy Amtico again- awful colour change from having a mat down. Apparently it’s not covered by their warranty our retailer has said - it looks awful In our now 2 year old extension 😡 So much for a 25 year warranty! Currently in discussions with Amtico so hopefully I will be able to change this review soon as the majority of the floor is lovely. Update - the situation is being monitored and they are keen to help so I will update again

WOW what absolute cowboys no wonder they are getting such a bad rep. Could the man on camera who tried to deny what he said to me as to the reasons why my floor is lifting and separating all over. They never want to accept liability and always look to blame the customer. WORST COMPANY EVER

Absolutely shocking, I spent a 4K fortune pretty much having my whole new house done in amtico and it was dreadful, it expanded and contracted with Uk temperatures, was poorly laid by scs with glue everywhere and not laid beneath skirting boards as it should with a new house plus no one told me it needs an annual treatment in order to look good, it scratches by sneezing on it and there are shrinkage gaps everywhere. The rep from amtico who came out to visit was a condescending idiot who got a blade out and ran it down some of the gaps and said “there, that will close them”..... like I’m going to spend all weekend on all 4’s doing that every few weeks! I’m disgusted by the product, the brand and fitters. After a 2 year fight I got ALL my money back and too right!! A cheap lino flooring would have looked better as it look like a 20 year old knackered floor. Never been so gutted in my life or infuriated by the after care which was zero!!

I had my Amtico wood look floor put down by a recoomended Amtico fitter about 7 years ago and it has been the best money ever spent. It is maintenance free and looks great. My aunty has had it for about 12 years and it looks as good as new. I've got 2 young children and pets and over the years have had parties etc but the floor remains as good as new. It is expensive but once it is down you'll never have to replace it.

Everything seems to leave marks on it. Such a shame, for this money I could have brought proper stone. Very disappointed.

The floor looked great to be fair however after having the floor down for 2 years its looks in poor condition due to how easy it marks, I used coasters under my table chairs however the floor has still heavily marked. Kids traffic is no good for this type of flooring. Shame for the cost!
