Amber electric have upped my usage charge by 3 times my original costing. Doubling my previous bill. I work full time hardly home with 2 people in the house. When asked why it is so high. They said I used more that month. Not double the amount. I will not use them again it recommend them.
This is a great company if you use lots of electricity. They give you warnings when the price is expensive so you can cut back your usage.The rest of the day your power is less then half the price of other power companies.As they price power on how much the are charged,not what they can get away with like other companies.They also send you details in the beginning of each season on their maximum charge related to peak pricing.They also have an app that shows how much power you are using at anytime and how much solar is going back into the grid. When you have any questions they get back to you quickly. Amber is the best electricity supplier I have had in the last 20 years.
Outstanding product. We get our electricity at cheaper price and best of all get great export prices. Customer service has been amazing, explaining each questions answer clearly with the assistance to talk us through what we needed to do. Well done guys
A breath of fresh air, with a company that is allowing solar and battery installers to be rewarded for their investment. Other companies, have reduced solar input to 3 cents per kw, an insult. Looking forward to a mutually rewarding experience, where we are rewarded for our investment.

I’m a big fan. Amber’s wholesale pricing and fixed monthly subscription means me and my family are in control of how much our electricity bill will be. If we want to save, we can wait to turn the washing machine and the dishwasher on until the wholesale price goes down. And even after trying several other ‘neo-power’ electricity providers, Amber’s been the cheapest yet. Their customer service has been responsive, honest and helpful too.

Amber offers geniune product innovation in a retail market otherwise characterised by layers of cost and confusion for the same bland service. I'll save money with Amber in the long term; unlike my last retailer, who 'rewarded' my long term loyalty by charging me more than their new customers.

Best prices possible. My bills are now down to less than $30 a month in the Summer with my panels earning the market rate. Some months have even given me a credit of more than $10! Go with Amber now or continue being a victim of the retailers which take your money for no value add.
