I have received 2 conflicting emails from Allianz
I have received 2 emails from Allianz. One says they have not been able to take payment to renew my policy and another which says that my insurance has been renewed. Which is it? What if the non-payment email is a scam? You can not talk to anyone to find out. Checking would take 2 minutes but instead I'm trying various phone numbers and my account and I'm not sure if I'm insured or not! Totally unsatisfactory.
