Impossible to talk to anyone on the phone all has to be done via the Internet
I did not realise when I took my insurance out for my car with this company that you couldn't actually talk to somebody which is most unsatisfactory It's a shame that our companies are hiding behind the fence and don't have sensible people to talk to From my personal point of view I would suggest that you do not use this company
