A good platform and good support from…
A good platform and good support from the team member on chat. I'm rating it 4* instead of 5* as there should be some more options/flexibility around working from home, as lots of people have different setups from the usual 'office' roles, still with very low risk of making a claim as a result. Also, there was a warning when making payment that they might not accept a card for payment if not registered to the address on the policy, but lots of people are going to be arranging cover for when they exchange contracts on a new property, but don't live there yet. Pretty basic and obvious stuff!
