Easy transaction very reasonable price for both my wife and my self will use again

Disappointed as I didn't get an email confirming the insurance or the policy information. After leaving it for 2 days of anxiety i got back in touch with you to find out what happened. I was informed that the call handler had written an incomplete email address . Fortunately this was remedied and i now have the documents.

The help I received from Joseph in Cardif was first rate when setting up the new policy (His hlep was five star). I cannot give five stars to tis review because I have not yet had to claim on the policy. The real test of any insurance is when the popilicy holder makes a claim. Hopefully, this will never happen.
