Disappointed as I didn't receive policy due to incorrect email being recorded by call handler. Two days later
Disappointed as I didn't get an email confirming the insurance or the policy information. After leaving it for 2 days of anxiety i got back in touch with you to find out what happened. I was informed that the call handler had written an incomplete email address . Fortunately this was remedied and i now have the documents.
