The person handling my enquiry/request for travel insurance was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I feel from this and past experience of obtaining or renewing cover that you are far more questioning (bureaucratic?) than other providers and to a degree unnecessarily so. Expensive. more so than some but not all of your competitors but accept higher cost is a penalty for old age. Overall satisfaction.
