The sales consultant Dinah was very polite and professional. She explained everything very clearly, and made the whole process easy.

The questions on medical conditions seemed to go round in circles, asking me the same things repeatedly. Finally, when I accepted the quote and paid, the policy was a PDF with a password. Completely ridiculous and unnecessary. Why do I need a password to examine my policy.

Was able to renew and discuss my policy in detail with Douglas who was most helpful. He was very patient lol .
