Steve from the Whitfield Dover area of Affinity Water, was quite amazing. He kept me up to date on a leak I reported outside of the village & called again to report to me when work on the repair was in action. Unusually great service in this day & age & good to know water loss is taken seriously. I would say he is a credit to the company, going the extra mile to find a leak in a very difficult environment & Affinity Waters fast action in itself was faultless.

Freya & Giuseppe were both extremely helpful in resolving some serious water issues to my home. Personally I have received amazing service from them both, and I am very happy with how I've been treated, and I do feel, well looked after, as a customer of Affinity Water.

Poor response to my query.

Prolonged hold when I called - wait time repeatedly stated as over half an hour. No call-back option, which most call centres now offer. Gave up and went online. First available appointment for a visit apparently December. This is very poor service and if your company was not a monopoly you would not be able to retain customers with this level of service. I got your reply - you say you would like more detail. I would like a meter fitted in a reasonable time - having had a first visit in March, and now having to wait till December for a follow-up is not reasonable or acceptable.

Awful Service

Awful service from them, since moving home over a year ago, I've had one problem after another with my bill. Can't believe a well known large company, won't help me whatsoever, despite being a Priority customer for years. I have spoken to Affirmity Water customer service several times to resolve billing issues. They always say someone from complaints department will call me back. But they don't bother calling you back, so I had no choice but to make a official complaint. Now, have to wait and see what comes out of this. I have wasted enough time complaining and nothing's being done. It's been so draining. Also, everytime Ive phoned, they keep pushing me to buy their plumbing and drain insurance, despite having to keep telling them I'm not interested, This is really annoying and not helpful to the customer, especially when you're feeling stressed all the time. They're more interested in customers taking out their plumbing insurance than actually helping their Priority customers. My anxiety levels has been sky high since moving home due to Affirmity Water, but they don't care. Shame I can't move to another company unlike other companies such as insurance...

Notify of Bereavement

I found the form filling exercise a tad challenging, as such forms often are. As a result I used the Chat option to seek help and wished I'd done that first! I was helped to make the necessary changes to the account and to have the Direct Debit amended and I can now tick that off my long to-do list!

Affinity customer care staff were great, l speak as l find.

Found Affinity Water customer service first class, after they were honest admitted a mistake, keen to make sure it never happened again, went above & beyond in so many ways, found their customer service were genuine, cared, very polite, kind and very helpful, something very rare these days.
