Awful Service
Awful service from them, since moving home over a year ago, I've had one problem after another with my bill. Can't believe a well known large company, won't help me whatsoever, despite being a Priority customer for years. I have spoken to Affirmity Water customer service several times to resolve billing issues. They always say someone from complaints department will call me back. But they don't bother calling you back, so I had no choice but to make a official complaint. Now, have to wait and see what comes out of this.
I have wasted enough time complaining and nothing's being done. It's been so draining.
Also, everytime Ive phoned, they keep pushing me to buy their plumbing and drain insurance, despite having to keep telling them I'm not interested, This is really annoying and not helpful to the customer, especially when you're feeling stressed all the time.
They're more interested in customers taking out their plumbing insurance than actually helping their Priority customers. My anxiety levels has been sky high since moving home due to Affirmity Water, but they don't care. Shame I can't move to another company unlike other companies such as insurance...
