The customer service rep. was nice, listened to the entire issue, & tried to resolve all of the problems that the salesperson caused. Our small refund was ok, the extra door sticker arrived (& we've gotten it in place) and I copied out the pamphlets. Thank you. This salesperson quotes "old" sales prices; I'm not sure if this is done on purpose or not, but I would think she would have access to current pricing schedules as you are placing your order! That would be very helpful!

Failed product delivery. Still waiting for PEDs pads. You have had our organization’s money since early Spring. When I called for update, person was rude and unhelpful. If I could give no stars - I would. I have been an RN for decades and this in unacceptable service to your customers.
