The website product description made it easy to know exactly what I needed.

The Item that we purchased is the ACT-IR4002US. We were unable to get it to work, so we contacted the manufacturer tech support by email. We were advised that the Item that we purchased was EOL (end of life) and that it was not supported anymore. After several back and forth conversations, we were advised that the our only remedy was to purchase a later model, (ACT-IR4021U-v1.3) and "throw away" the one we purchased from your company. No where on your web site was it mentioned that the product was EOL. You can imagine our disappointment.

Having the ability to rent an expensive AED unit (as opposed to purchasing one) has been critical for our small lake. And Coro Medical's customer service has been absolutely top-notch!

I have no idea about this device. I have not needed to save a life yet, but I trust it will work just like it’s supposed to. Should I need to use it in the future (and I’m hoping I won’t), I’ll let you know. Especially if it doesn’t work.

Coro medical shipped us a rental AED for use over the summer at our summer canp. Benefits are that we get a brand-new AED each time, and dont have to store it over the 9 months we dont need it. Price seemed reasonable, and logistics were easy.

Easy to purchase the AED. I keep it on our sailboat. My crew is getting older I thought it prudent to keep one onboard.
