The package was sent to our home instead of our daughter's, where it was supposed to go. But someone online emailed us a new label, which we applied and then dropped the package at UPS. We appreciated the quick and simple help.

This was my first experience renting an AED. I made a few internet searches and finally settled on Coro Medical. I needed an AED for a 5 day event. Robin Vogt was my contact and she was fabulous. She explained everything and made this whole transaction painless. She guided me through the steps and kept in communication. I will no doubt use Coro and Robin next year.
