Ordered by phone because it was a business order with PO numbers and customer service could have been better. Rep did not read back CC number and processed it after ending the call. She did not submit the correct card number. She returned call and spoke with someone else, obtaining a different card because she stated it was declined, not that it was incorrectly put in to her system. She then had to call again because she admitted to putting the second card in wrong, having never verified the number before hanging up. I returned the call the next morning and she implied that our business cards were both declined and we should contact the bank. I then politely explained to her that the cards are fine and have been working. She never stated she was incorrectly typing in the numbers as she stated the evening before. I told her to try my cc again and I will remain on the phone, after she repeats the cc number back to me, while she processes it this time to make sure it goes through because she had created a lot of trouble the day before. What do you know?! It worked! She was not apologetic for the inconvenience and not very pleasant. I will not be calling to place an order again. It will be strictly online now.
