Really great service from Craig and Martin and the whole Adhoc team. They were always on hand if needed and provided good communications throughout. Have been with them for around 7 years and lived in some amazing places, would throughly recommend

Julius was friendly and good fun. A great intro to ad hoc!

Goes beyond what is expected for instance: There was a guy who needed support and Martin helped him move a lot of his furniture. He was calm and kind and very understanding regarding his difficulties. Always polite. Always accommodating If there are any maintenance issues he ensure they are dealt with Both Martin and Craig are great guys

I applied to be a Guardian with Adhoc thinking I'd be waiting a quite while to get a room. I got a call within two weeks of applying, multiple rooms available. Charlie McMonagle was my agent who has been incredibly helpful and kind. He worked late on a Friday to make sure I got my keys so I could move into my room over the weekend! Many thanks.

The process was well explained by Julius as he took his time and not rushing through it. All documents eere sent on time and i had enough time to read through.

They offer a valuable service, and in my extensive experience dealing with them they've always been responsive, straightforward, helpful and friendly. People I've mainly been in contact with have been Rob, Lois and earlier Ellie.

Daryl was really supportive. When I came across the property I mailed immediately and he called me to book a viewing. Such a kind man. So calm. He took his time to explain all I need to know about the property. I enjoyed the experience. He wasn’t tired of explaining. He keeps explaining and showing me round the property. Always ready to answer questions . Why won’t you love him.He is such a great man, calm😊. He is really professional. Ad Hoc you got a great man there. I am really happy with the experience. I rarely meet estate agents who I could say are excellent at the job they do, but both Martin and Craig are just that. They are very people orientated and simply do a great job. I have to give them both 5 stars. Paul 🙏🙂

Ad hoc are a very supportive, professional team that I would highly recommend. After three years (and 14 moves) to various properties both in England and Scotland I have had an amazing adventure. I have made life long friends through their property guardian scheme and each property has had its own story to tell. From a granite cottage in Aberdeen central to a beautiful Worcestershire farm each move has been a smooth transition. From a historic former police station in Taunton to a small care home in Bristol the opportunities for work increased and the guardians I met were amazing from so many different backgrounds. If you want a great place to stay, long or short term then Ad hoc is the best move you can make. Enjoy your adventure.

I don't trust the reviews on here. They sound fake. I tried to contact them for a property a few times both by calling and by sending them a message through their website. 2 weeks went by and no callback. Then, I get a phone call from Daryl. I told him we've already found a property and that I had tried to contact them a few times...aaand he hung up on me. Such disrespect and a kind of unprofessionalism that make me seriously consider that all these positive reviews are fake. The person that would have done the things said in these reviews I imagine wouldn't hang up on someone. And yet he did. I was pissed but I called back and he answered like he didn't just call me. I pretended we got cut-off and he seemed genuinely startled and uncomfortable. Clearly he was unsettled by me actually calling him back. Anyways, that's my brief and unpleasant experience with AdHoc. I would seriously stay well away from a company that hires an individual such as Daryl. EDIT: Daryl’s manager just called me. 2 days after posting this review. He apologised and said he spoke to Daryl and he didn’t think there had been any animosity or anything after our call. I hadn’t posted this comment to hurt anyone but instead I wanted to warn others of what I perceived as possible red flags. Needless to say, I feel better for being called and checked in with. I am willing to assume it could have been an accident but even if it wasn’t I am pleased Daryl’s manager called to check the situation themselves. All and all these things happen and it’s important for people to try and make them right when they do. So extra points for that.

The whole experience has so far been easy, fast and enjoyable, something I haven’t experienced before as usually moving is a pain! Trina is a star and has made me feel really welcome, and has been there to help with anything I need or answer any questions. She is super efficient and has made this experience a great one.

I was very stressed and nervous looking to find a new place to move fast and o have to say the amazing Trina Lewis went above and beyond to help me find a new home and helped me with all the forms I need it to be able to complete everything faster and more efficiently!She couldn’t do enough and I was so touched by her welcome help and support!Iam truly grateful and so lucky for all the help and support I received from her ! Because of her i found a new room and iam happy to be able to settle in my new home !Manny thanks Trina Lewis for everything you have done for me !You made me smile put me at ease and such an amazing professional service !

I lived for a few years with this agency I recommend it to everyone and for the last two years my manager was Daryl.P. and he was the best manager I've ever had,very nice cultured guy and I recommend all managers to learn from him

I have been trying to contact Ad Hoc for nearly two weeks. I have left three voice messages and two emails. So far, Ad Hoc haven't replied! Not even to say they have received my enquiry and will get back to me (if they are busy!?!?!). Not a very good service. In fact, no service at all!
