Smooth experience from the start. Charlie showed me a property and got me moved within a week. Once i saw another property i liked, he passed my number over to his colleague Julios and sorted everything out very quickly. Any issues have been quickly sorted. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone!

If I could put less than a star I would You will end up living in the worst and unsafe places on earth and you will pay not even the “cheap” prices they false advertising If you sign a contract where you pay rent with bills included bare in mind they will NEVER pay for any bills You will ended up with no heathing or hot water plus they will give YOUR name to any company that claims the money (council tax included) It’s a scam don’t fall for this

I wholeheartedly recommend AdHoc - Rob and Lois from the Liverpool branch have been outstandingly helpful, personable and responsive throughout this process. Being new to the scheme it has been invaluable to have such great staff helping settling in. A fantastic scheme that has the power to improve the life of many, mine included. I had a great tour around the property with Martin. He was excellent at responding to any questions I had throughout the process via email and phone conversations. My induction was completed on the move in date with Craig who was very helpful and informative. Overall I’ve had a great experience with Adhoc so far and look forward to my time staying with Adhoc.

Applied for a property and checks all done within 1 week for 2 people. Honest, and understanding.

I have been with Ad Hoc for the past 2 years now and the only regret is that I didn't found them sooner. It was a great way to save for my first house and equally important, to meet likeminded people that I'm very pleased to say I built a community with. Rory as been my host trough the 3 properties I have been at and always went the extra mile to ensure both the properties and guardians were safe and enjoying a good experience.

Ad hoc property has gone the extra mile in helping me secure a very decent property I want to shout out to Daryl who has been outstanding, and who is someone who keeps to his word, and keeps you updated every step of the way Actually it's because of him I chose to try out being a property guardian because I feel that he is able to resolve any issue that might arrise which makes the process much more doable in my eyes. The company and it's staff are ethical and decent and respect is given and received which is very rare when renting from private agencies nowadays. I can hand on heart recommend ad hoc property You might find yourself in a sweet situation and saving some of your hard earned cash to spend on yourself instead of a letting agency or landlord.... But for me the main selling point is the flexibility of not being tied down for a year.... It feels great to be able to take opportunity as it comes and if you are a remote worker it is absolutely ideal.

From the moment of making an initial enquiry to now nearly a month living at the property, I cannot recommend the guys at Ad Hoc Properties highly enough. In particular, Lois, Rob and Lee who manage the Liverpool and surrounding region properties. They have each made the moving in process a complete doddle and have certainly made an impression with their professionalism, knowledge and genuine interest in their guardians well-beings. From someone who has never been a property guardian before, it will now be unfortunate circumstances that finds me in any other situation going forward. Thanks guys David

I was hoping I wouldn’t have to do it this way, but I’m left with no choice. As I start writing this, it’s 2:45am at the Old St Ambrose RC High School in Swinton, Manchester… and it’s raining. I’ve been staying here for about 2.5 months and I have now reported a leaking roof on three occasions - leaks that have caused minor flooding in the communal areas but, more importantly, have made their way into my room, meaning I have to keep buckets near my bed. I have alerted them to the fact that the water is coming in through areas with electrical cables, which is obviously potentially very dangerous. On each occasion I’ve reported the leak so far, I have been responded to with “we will report it” or “we will re-report it”. However, nothing has been done. I imagine Adhoc will reply to this comment blaming whoever they’ve reported it to (I believe it’s the council) but I won’t accept it. It needs addressing right now. Urgently. When I originally moved in, I noticed a number of ceiling tiles where water had got in before. I assumed that had been from an old leak that had now been rectified. However, this is clearly not the case and Adhoc must have been aware of this issue prior to my arrival. If this was a private rental under a normal tenancy, a landlord would have had to have done something by now. But as it’s a property guardian scheme, I fear they can hide behind less stringent regulations and, basically, get away with doing nothing. Anyway, I’m still writing an my ceiling is still dripping. Hopefully the rain will stop at some point. I’m an atheist but I have more faith that prayer will be more effective than another message to Adhoc. So please God, if you’re listening… Anyway, I’m gonna try and get back to sleep. Hopefully I won’t get wet.
