I have bought tea from them several times over many years. The tea is always good quality. I love the variety of tea and flavors the company has and the option to get tea in sample sizes so you can try them in small amounts.

From loyal to unhappy, never-again customer. Paid $84 for tea that 11 days later has not arrived, FedEx says is lost given that it hasn't moved from its location halfway across the country to my state for 4+ days, and FedEx now gives no updated expected delivery date in its tracking. And yet Adagio won't do anything other than tell me to wait and hope my package gets delivered- despite numerous emails to them. Apparently being a loyal customer means nothing to this company. (I've ordered around 16 times before and referred many friends.) Highly dissatisfied. I do not recommend as they are not reliable, do not do anything to resolve issues, and clearly do not value their loyal customers.

Best tea company I have found. Just started venturing into the world of tea (COVID destroyed my lifelong taste for coffee) and the variety, quality, customer service, website, everything about this company rocks! They have great freebies and rewards program too. Not affiliated, just a really happy customer.

Fabulous! Huge variety. Tasty tea. Adorable teaware. Customer service is responsive and super helpful. I just received my second order and am already planning my third.

Adagio is great until something goes wrong. I bought a tea kettle, which broke. I scaled walls to get to a customer service rep who then sent me taunting emails. The system promises that you can apply points to a purchase but automated system didn't accept them and it is impossible to get help. Tea is fine but customer service is awful.

The Adagio Teas company is new to me (thank you, Instagram advertisement) and discovering its tea has been wonderful. The choices are amazing, the flavors I've tried are wonderful, and the tea is carefully packaged and shipped quickly. It's a definite go-to for tea lovers.

This tea is mostly very good. I switched to them when Teavana went out of business. Trouble is? Their delivery contracts are horrible, so I almost never get my orders without some sort of drama and more delays, and this has been going on for years. Adagio used to respond and make sure I'd get my order eventually, but now I'm routed to email and I feel like I'm mostly on my own and like they don't really value my business. It's good tea. But their delivery method is why I rarely order from them. It just fills me with too much anxiety and is way too much work to try to get someone to actually find out what happened to my package. If I had nothing else to do with my week, perhaps, but alas, I don't have that kind of time. Adagio is painfully slow at resolving these issues. I usually get it several weeks after I order, and this was before the pandemic. If you don't have these problems, be thankful and enjoy a cup of tea for me, since I am probably still waiting on my package, or just paid for someone else to enjoy it for me. As for me, I think this is it. I think I'm going to find another vendor. At this point, I don't need the tea that badly, and would rather just have a refund. EDIT: It doesn't look like I can respond to the reply, so I'll edit: Yeah. Trouble is, Amazon, Walmart, Tractor Supply and a plethora of other places offer much better delivery and don't rely on this particular carrier and I get my packages on time and with accurate shipping information, even through the pandemic and they offer free shipping. This issue with your company has been going on since I started my account with you several years ago--well before the pandemic--and I've constantly made this issue known to you. Again, it's good tea, and perhaps when I move, I'll give it a try again. Until then, I'm already finding vendors that have great tea that have been using a carrier that will give me accurate shipping updates and deliver on time, and the delivery is the cheapest--free--that they offer me.

Adagio Teas is one of our favorite places to order tea. The quality is great, the tea is fresh, and there is a large variety of tea to choose from.

After my move from the US to Ireland, I was looking for a new tea supplier, and my old one had no European presence. Yes, I hear you saying "But Ireland is the land of tea." True, but their tastes tend towards basic (Lyons, Barry's, Robert Roberts) which is fine, but as an American, I like my "crazy" blends, with caramel, or rose, which when offered to my neighbours will practically offend them. So, a tea supplier was needed. Adagio has both a US and UK presence, and even with the insanity if Brexit, I can still get my teas here without an import tax (No. Ireland is NOT part of the UK.). I can even order from the US if I want my crazy Doctor Who blends. My go-to tea source.

I got invited to the site through a friend and threeish months later. Im still there. I love the site. The communiTEA, The tea itself, and the people at the site. They are so welcoming i don't think i'll ever leave.

Appalling customer service. I bought a velocitea. The advertisement does not say that it will not work in Australia even with an adaptor. I returned it but adagio teas refused to pay the return postage even though it was clearly not fit for purpose and did not work even with an adaptor. If there was a star below one I would give it to this business. I also told customer service when I contacted them that it did not work with an adaptor so their claim that I did not take their advice before returning it is a lie. Do not do business with these people.

Adagio Teas is a very fun and interesting site to find and try all kinds of different blends and teas. They have fair prices and a whole community of tea-enjoyers who are welcoming and friendly to everyone!

Adagio sells some of the highest quality teas I have ever tasted for a fair price. If you are a tea connoisseur, black, green or herbal, Adagio is for you.

Worst customer service ever! I bought a teapot and after 6 weeks when it was filled with boiling water, the handle broke off when I picked it up and the hot water gushed everywhere. I sent a photo and let them know the same day and they did NOTHING. They did not care their product was poor quality, that I could have been scalded, or most importantly about making a returning customer happy. Unbelievable. I have a choice where I shop and do not recommend you give them your business!

Easily the place I most often visit for my tea needs. The prices are decent, especially if you gather and use points and otherwise look out for sales, and they're pretty good about throwing samples your way. They also have everything I need so I can take care of it all in one trip.

The quality of their tea is unreal. I always find something new to try that expands my horizons. Their shipping is lightning fast and reasonably priced.
