I've been buying tea from Adagio for a few years. Consistent high quality, huge selection, reasonable prices, fast shipping, responsive customer care.

The tea is good. But don't bother contacting customer service if your package is delayed. Our order has been "on the way" for three weeks (they estimated 2-4 days). It is clear from the tracking that something went wrong, but customer service responded by telling us that this is all normal and that if we wanted it in a timely manner we should have paid for expedited shipping. Even when FedEx admits that something is wrong. At this point, we will be returning and ordering from a company that takes things like this seriously and actually tries to help their customers. Edit to reply to Adagio's comments: I would like anyone else reading their reply to note that it took three weeks of package delays and around 8 emails to get the bare minimum of action on their part (filing a trace on a package). So, yes, what they are saying is true. But ask yourself, is it worth the hassle to order from this company? Because if something goes wrong, it will be viewed as the customer's fault.

I've ordered a couple of times from Adagio Teas. The first time was several samples to get an idea of their products. I really loved several, so went back and ordered larger bags of many. Both orders arrived fast and were correct. So far, I'm really enjoying it!

Adagoi Teas are freaking awesome. I've tried many throughout the years. There are several I've been repurchasing and will continue to do so. I love that they have sampling options so you can try it for pennies before commiting to a larger quantity. 99% of their description on the teas are spot on.

I love tea. I always order from them at least once a year. I love that you can buy a blend or customize and create your own. I had something missing from an order once and messaged them about it. They got back so fast and fixed the problem. It was a wonderful experience.

First issue - no way to order without creating account - no way to checkout as guest. I HATE sites that force you to create an account. Second issue - ordering gift for friend who buys from Adagio. Had a few questions (for example, could not find any teas that seemed to be pre-bagged yet site indicates they sell some). NO phone # to call, NO email for contact, NO way to ask a question of anyone but a bot that was of no help at all. Wanted to post public facing review on google/yelp - nope, can't do that either. Had I been buying for myself or someone who did not already say he purchased from them, I would have been off of this site immediately.

I've been a customer for many years So far I haven't been disappointed. I love the earl grey moonlight, vanilla chai rooibos, and yunnan noir. Also the mocha nut mate.

I had been gifted Adagio teas before and finally ordered my first tea from them. I'm super happy with the delicious quality of the chai blend I got and I've been drinking it nearly every morning. It brings me joy. :)

I absolutely love their selection. I haven't found better tea with a larger variety of decaf or caffeine-free herbal teas anywhere with affordable prices. The variety of tea is excellent, and their slightly hidden but worth checking out fandom teas are sublime. The website relies heavily on user reviews, which are extremely helpful, and writing them can earn you discounts. The tea is always fresh, and while I have found my favorites, I have yet to run out of new teas to try.

I've had decent tea at Adagio, but it's inconsistent between teas. They use flavoring in their teas which for me doesn't always do the trick (plus I've read that flavorings can have adverse health affects). Love the summer rose tea, not a fan of the ginger peach black tea.

does adagio teas add MSG to their teas? under listing of 'natural flavors'. they're not saying.

Adagio teas is a great place to buy loose leaf teas. They have a wide selection of teas, great quality and great value. You will not be disappointed.

product was absolutely amazing! shipping took a little while so i would def recommend doing the faster shipping for another 3 bucks. Totally worth it!

I have been an Adagio customer for years. Customer Service is always top notch. Orders are always correct and packaged perfectly. Top quality product. Adagio is awesome! Only had one order get lost during shipping once in 8 years....and it was replaced immediately (shipper's fault, not Adagio)

This is honestly my favorite online store ever. It's even better than most physical tea stores I've visited. The teas are decently priced, even for me who does not live in the US. Shipping is not too bad either. It even provided two additional teas in my order, which I was very happy to have received. For the teas themselves? Amazing. The most delicious teas I have had in a good while. And I love the fandom blends ideas. I love Adagio, and will definitely keep buying for them and as gifts for my friends.
