Adagio teas never fail to delight. Their flavors combinations are delightful, strong & distinctive. Our faves are the Earl Greys - there are so many inferior, disappointing Earl Grey teas in stores. Adagio's has the Bergamot flavor we love that's missing in most all other brands. We also love their seasonal flavors.

Adagio has been great since I first started buying from them years ago. Excellent tea. Great prices. Amazing customer service. Fast shipping. I've never been disappointed. Plus the referral program can't be beat. I've gotten so much free tea from them!

I love loose leaf tea, and when Adagio was recommended to me, I gave them a try. I've bought several sampler mixes as well as larger amounts of a couple of flavors that I really enjoy. It had been a while since my last purchase, but the tea I still had from Adagio stayed fresh for quite some time! My account on the site remembers what I bought before, which helps me in choosing new flavors. I can't afford to buy this tea often, since it's a little pricey for me, but definitely worth it when I can afford it. I really like that you can make your own blends too.

My order was lost in transit and now Adagio says I have to wait for FedEx to investigate. They said the wait is usually several WEEKS long. The problem (besides the fact that I haven't received anything) is that the tea is likely sitting in some FedEx warehouse in the heat and humidity and Adagio expects me to be OK with that. I hope it never arrives so I can get my money back eventually. EDIT: Responding to your response - you know I asked for a refund and all you can say is to keep waiting. Take Amazon for example, they would have already credited me back and I would have placed a new order. With Adagio I just have to keep waiting. If I get a refund now, do you think I'd buy from you again? For the record, this is the first time I filed a claim for a lost package and I started buying from Adagio in 2015, but I guess loyalty is nothing.

This company is fabulous! They ship so quickly and use a premium shipping because I get my orders within a day or two. They have the best products I’ve seen. Items are always fresh and fragrant. I was a frequent user of other brands until I found Adagio. They are MY tea company now!

I love Adagio Tea! They have sample tins you can purchase to try out the flavor before you buy bigger items. I was never that big of a warm tea drinker until I purchased from Adagio, their flavors are so amazing I keep going back for more!

It has always been a pleasure ordering from Adagio. They have the best blends for a great price. I can even create my own blends if i have a few hours to spare. I will continue to use them for all my tea needs.

I recently ordered from Adagio Teas. I was missing something in my order (which was very unusual, since their shipping team is always right on point), and I emailed customer service. They sent out a new bag right away! They were so easy to talk to and work with. Adagio will always be the only place I get tea.

I love this tea company. They are in my Top 3 companies. They have a great variety of quality teas. I am never disappointed with any of their teas. They are thoughtful enough to provide a nice size free sample when you make a purchase and willing to post on FB. This is great if you want to try a new tea and not sure about it. They have very cool promotional teas such Brigadoon tea which only comes out every Leap Year. They are truly a class act.

What's not to like? You have some great choices AND tons of herbal blends. They also get funky at holidays with some unique blends. Oh and these cute tins with some sample teas in it. I love the offerings at Adagio, you will too!

Wide range of teas to choose from at great prices. They offer loose tea and pyramid tea bags as well as other tea accessories. Customer support is wonderful and shipping is relatively fast. Highly recommend this company to all tea lovers out there!

A great variety of really high quality teas, a better variety than I've found anywhere else. I have ordered many varieties of tea from their website and all of the teas are great quality and the prices are reasonable. The shipping is super fast and the ordering system is very user friendly.

Very well priced for what I got. I think it came down to about $2 an ounce or so, which I appreciate. Got the coconut tea and some samples, I was satisfied. A good place to go to mix up my tea variety for cheap.
