Decent tea. Poor customer service.

The tea is good. But don't bother contacting customer service if your package is delayed. Our order has been "on the way" for three weeks (they estimated 2-4 days). It is clear from the tracking that something went wrong, but customer service responded by telling us that this is all normal and that if we wanted it in a timely manner we should have paid for expedited shipping. Even when FedEx admits that something is wrong. At this point, we will be returning and ordering from a company that takes things like this seriously and actually tries to help their customers. Edit to reply to Adagio's comments: I would like anyone else reading their reply to note that it took three weeks of package delays and around 8 emails to get the bare minimum of action on their part (filing a trace on a package). So, yes, what they are saying is true. But ask yourself, is it worth the hassle to order from this company? Because if something goes wrong, it will be viewed as the customer's fault.
