If your package is lost in transit Adagio doesn't help you
My order was lost in transit and now Adagio says I have to wait for FedEx to investigate. They said the wait is usually several WEEKS long. The problem (besides the fact that I haven't received anything) is that the tea is likely sitting in some FedEx warehouse in the heat and humidity and Adagio expects me to be OK with that. I hope it never arrives so I can get my money back eventually. EDIT: Responding to your response - you know I asked for a refund and all you can say is to keep waiting. Take Amazon for example, they would have already credited me back and I would have placed a new order. With Adagio I just have to keep waiting. If I get a refund now, do you think I'd buy from you again? For the record, this is the first time I filed a claim for a lost package and I started buying from Adagio in 2015, but I guess loyalty is nothing.
