I have traveled with ACIS three times and am preparing our next trip with the company for spring 2024. My experience with ACIS was great because the company supported teachers as well as students and families in a exceptional way. ACIS was responsive to all of our requests, and all travelers expressed strong pleasure for all phases and aspects of the trip (food, accomodations, 24/7 helpline, tour manager, and transportation). I give ACIS the highest recommendation possible because I have not experienced the same level of customer service with other travel companies that have helped me prepare overseas trips.

As always, this was an amazing Global Conference. ACIS provided great structure and organization with excellent and knowledgeable local guides as well as a great ACIS support team. They managed to fit lots of experiences into a relatively short time. All accommodations were centrally located and comfortable allowing us to navigate easily in our free time. Even though everything we saw was amazing, considering this was an adult trip, a little more down town would have been nice. The schedule was extremely tight and not much time to relax and enjoy our surroundings was given. Thanks ACIS for providing this incredible opportunity!

The only reason I did not give ACIS 5 stars is because it is the most expensive company I have dealt with for student travel. That being said, it is WORTH THE MONEY to be closer to attractions, have better accommodations, and have the very best tour managers to deal with any hiccup that may occur during the trip. They are a WONDERFUL company, but definitely on the pricey side. I can ALWAYS reach a real person anytime I need them, and they will do whatever they can to meet or exceed your expectations.

I was reassuring having a well organized and detailed itinerary. ACIS booked us quality hotels, an experienced bus driver, and a well organized tour guide. Meals and excursions were top notch. When ever there was an issue it was handled right away. The pretrip was planning was so easy. Tom Heigham was exceptional to work with planning this trip. I can't say enough about his professionalism and his deatiled planning.

I just returned from a trip to MADRID. ACIS did a spectacular job with all aspects of the trip. The hotel was EXCELLENT…It was centrally located and just seconds from the famous Grand Via. Breakfast was included and the was a tremendous variety to choose from. The trip was A++!

This company is second to none. They have impacted the lives of over 300 of my students as well as my wife, myself and our children. As we all know, you get what you pay for, however the ACIS experience is beyond worth every penny and more! Simply put: THEY DELIVER ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have always believed that you don't know what's really on your travel bucket list until you're there, on the ground, doing it. In this case, Morocco was a hidden gem that awaited us. Little did we know how much we would enjoy the adventure. In short, the Morocco trip was tremendous. The leadership from Radouan, our tour guide, was stellar. His confidence, cultural fluency, sense of humor, and timing were spot on. The accommodations and meals were fantastic. Every single detail on the itinerary was thought out so well. Each day was packed with meaningful cultural encounters, one of a kind moments, or great 'memory makers.' One caveat for prospective travellers: this was a HOT trip. If you're adverse to hot weather, you might want to think twice about going to North Africa in July.

Previously (in the 80-90's) it was easier to talk to a customer representative. Getting an appointment and scheduling a discussion makes it a little tougher to work into a teacher's schedule.

I went to Spain with this agency and it was a horrific experience. I do not recommend this travel agency to anyone, it’s a waste of money. Our tour manager, Almudena, was incredibly disappointing, unfriendly, and undeniably inflexible. The itinerary’s are packed and “free time” to explore the city on your own are incredibly limited and non-existent. If your looking to explore a country, and have a great experience, this is not the agency for you. Our group was additionally abandoned by the agency following the airline cancelling our flight home. Customer service is also incredibly difficult to get ahold of; I complained in June and didn’t hear back until August. I also felt my complaint was completely brushed off. Overall, I do not recommend this agency at all.

We had a jam-packed wonderful time! A big thank you to Jeannie Page who was with us every step of the way, and to our wonderful tour manager, "Nacho" for making sure everything on the trip went smoothly.

From the beginning, Jeannie Page at ACIS was so very helpful and supportive. I owe the trip to her. Everyone I encountered at ACIS was friendly and seemed happy to be a part of the company. We had great accommodations and meals. The excursions were thoughtful and well-organized. Our tour guide, Ignacio was AMAING. Overal trip of a lifetime and ACIS is life. Will travel with them again!

Our trip through Paris, Normandy, and the Loire Valley exceeded every one of my expectations. I cannot imagine taking students abroad with a company other than ACIS, because they allowed us to experience such a profound and eye-opening adventure with ease, patience, and an abundance of care. These moments-turned-memories were only possible because of their acute attention to detail, from the authentic French meals at dinner to a lesson on Impressionist painting by the Seine. Most of all, their tour managers are a wealth of knowledge and ours certainly had an immeasurable impact on the trip itself through his ability to engage students with his cultural and historical expertise. He modeled what it means to be a lifelong learner so brilliantly that we have requested him to lead our group again next summer. All in all, ACIS made it easy for me to be fully present, and to fully enjoy these moments with my students.

I had always wanted to take students on a trip to learn about the things they see in my history class, and I finally did it this summer with ACIS! I have had a lot of travel companies reach out to me to help me organize trips before, but ACIS really stood out because of how much attention to detail they put into every element (the hotels, food, itinerary). I saw it all as I was planning for the trip, but the actual trip itself was even more packed with memorable experiences than I could have imagined! Lastly, they were also the most supportive people I could have hoped to work with -- when traveling (whether on your own or leading a trip like this) there will always be hiccups, but I never once felt alone, Jeannie and Bridget were always there to provide support. Quentin was also a phenomenal tour guide, super helpful and made it a fun experience for everyone. Totally recommend ACIS!

Dom, our tour manager, knocked yet another tour out of the park! He is knowledgeable, fun and funny, and he's great with the kids! The fact that we requested him specifically for 2023 after he did such a wonderful job in 2022 should say it all. Cara at ACIS has been my go-to girl for years now, and I remain very pleased with that arrangement. She is hardworking, up front, friendly, and she always arranges a fantastic experience for my students and for me. She works very hard to make my trip visions become reality, but she also keeps my expectations grounded when necessary, and I appreciate that balance.

Our tour of Spain with 25 students was an unparalleled success! Our tour guide Raquel was experienced, knowledgeable, and helpful, comfortable equally in managing the tour’s schedule and making additional accommodations for how to maximize our experiences in each city. This is my third ACIS tour, and I wouldn’t dream of traveling with any other company!

As the logistics leader of the trip for our school, I was so grateful that we were with ACIS. ACIS went above and beyond when due to flight cancelation which had the group stuck in NYC for 3 days, ACIS took care of our groups lodging and food even though it wasn't their fault. We also had a medical emergency on the trip and they were attentive to the situation. Also very grateful that ACIS rescheduled and reworked the entire Iceland trip so the group could still experience as much of it as possible. ACIS did not let us down and stepped up when we needed it most.

I was a first time group leader with ACIS this June, and am grateful to have partnered with them for our school's arts department's first major international trip post-Covid. ACIS custom-made an itinerary that included our must-sees in London and Paris, and our tour guide was friendly, experienced, and hard-working. Highly recommend!

I have been a group leader for two different ACIS trips in the past two years. The care they provide is incredible and I feel so confident traveling internationally with students when using ACIS. The cost includes so much and is a steal for the value you receive. The customer service that my travelers have received is quick, personal, and understanding. I have yet to run into any issues traveling with ACIS, so I cannot speak to their troubleshooting on a trip, but I think that is not an accident and speaks to their attention to detail and planning. I plan on continuing to lead tours with ACIS and sending my child on trips with ACIS as a traveler. Huge thanks to ACIS for allowing me to facilitate life changing travel experiences for my students!

Our experience was great because it was well organized and very professional. ACIS took care of a lot of the details that could be very complicated for a school to deal with. They were very responsive to all questions and requests throughout the experience.

I've always had a top-notch experience with ACIS and wouldn't consider traveling with any other company. Our hotels are always nice and centrally located. Our food is delicious and our tour guides have been amazing and willing to accommodate any last minute requests. We never get hit with last minute price changes or surprises like you might find with cheaper travel companies (you really do get what you pay for!) and the whole ACIS team has always been a pleasure to work with. I can't recommend them enough!
