ACIS tours are just epic. Our guide Libby was beyond amazing: knowledgeable, informative and so much fun! Spain was beautiful, and our trip was beyond my expectations.

I wish the restaurants you stopped were better. Food was one of the reasons I was so excited to go. The best thing I ate was a day we went on our own for lunch. Other than that I enjoyed the trip and all was well run.

Very well organized and great experience for the students. App was helpful too.

It was a great time! The only thing I'd ask is maybe to get better buses. I don't know if this is in your control or not, but it would be nice.

The tour manager, Paul Daley, was knowledgable, interesting and fun. The trip was well organized and we saw a lot in 10 days. The only negative was the hotel in Edinburgh. Skimpy towels, not a great breakfast.

Excellent experience

Kind of annoying that our Acis-sent tour guide was not allowed to tell us much info in the museums we went to due to "Italian Law."

Took 12 eighth graders to Spain with ACIS. Everything was well-organized and our 24/7 ACIS guide was very experienced with this age group. She handled the social as well as the language issues for the students. We enjoyed local guides at most events and we still had room to make last minute changes if we wanted. I think the best part of this trip was going to a local school where our students had the opportunity to really connect with kids from Spain. I can't say enough about our guide, who acted as guide, therapist, and educator!

12th year to travel with ACIS! A solid value.

We visited France and Italy. ACIS provided a fabulous, worry free, seamless trip yet again!

Highly recommended... I have travelled with other companies and ACIS is the best one in every way.

My trip to Italy in Italia Panorama was excellent with some glitches. These may seem small but they demonstrated an underlying lack of concern and a robotic adherence to protocol. 1. The initial flight was delayed nine hours. Wnen I called to inform ACIS, I was asked and reasked questions about what steps I had taken so far. I replied that I was sitting in the airport waiting (seriously?). 2. I asked ACIS to send out an email to my tour keeping them updated as to flight status. This seemed to be too much effort for the woman to handle as she transferred my call and made me wait. Finally they called back proud of the fact that they had sent out this email as opposed to my having to do it on my cell phone in micro-font. Third, a woman from the main office joined my group for dinner in Rome despite that I had said no a couple of times to this idea. I walked out of the dinner. This also showed me who was really in charge and it was not I, the main chaperone/teacher. If you took those items out of the equation, the tour was fantastic and our tour guide was non-pareil great.

We love traveling with ACIS! This is our fourth time traveling with this wonderful company and we look forward to doing it again in the future! The tours, the accommodations, the transportation and food are all top notch! We particularly love the tour directors you always provide! This trip was no exception. Albert was brilliant. So knowledgeable, flexible, professional, patient, kind and just generally wonderful. What an asset Albert is to ACIS! Please recognize him for his amazing professional demeanor in all situations. Thanks ACIS for helping us shape our students understanding of the world in which we live through an amazing travel experience.

We traveled to Greece with 13 students and everything was amazing...from the hotels to the tours to the restaurants and most especially our tour guide Jeff Prost!!!!

My trip to Spain with ACIS was the BEST TRIP that I have ever taken. Our guide, Susana Sassi, handled everything. She was extremely knowledgeable. I learned more from her than I have since I graduated from college over twenty years ago. Her explanation of the history of each place was filled with interesting facts and anecdotes. From the bull fighting ranch to the museums, it was all excellent. Madrid is so full of life, history, and culture. I highly recommend ACIS to you for a trip to Spain. It was the best professional development that I have ever had. I hope to return to Southern Spain with ACIS in the near future.

I would recommend ACIS over any other travel company. I felt that our group was safe at all locations every day. Our tour manager was very professional, knowledgable, and handled all situations very well.

Felt a little bit like a hot potato prior to the tour (difficult parent does not help), but all issues were resolved to my satisfaction in the end. The backstage tour of the National Theatre was not booked; however, ACIS provided alternate experiences...a trip to the top of the Shard and a water taxi. Overall, grateful that the trip ran despite the low numbers. Looking forward to a smoother sailing experience in the future.

Worth every dime, great support from beginning and way past the end of the trip. The trip experience was like being carried through Europe. This is my 18th year traveling with students, but ACIS makes it so easy that someone with limited experience will have the best trip ever, without worries.
