The representative Kai Bush
The representative Kai Bush, was very efficient, fast, friendly and well informed! He got for us two complex round trip business class tickets to Tokyo at the most competitive price and provided very good service. We plan to use him and ABOVE9 again for future trips to other intercontinental destinations! There was a small computer glitch on payment confirmation not accepting my European postal / Zip code!

i book my airticket with Etihad from amsterdam to bangkok. I told her the saleswoman only book if the train ticket are included. she told me the trainticket is included and coms directly from airline. i have never heard of the airline or Above9 travel i have written and emailed not heard from ABOVE9 travel what are these business practices? my question to ABOVE9 TRAVEL IS ARE THESE NORMALITIES IN CUSTOMER SERVICE PROMISING CASH AND NOT DELIVERING AND PLAY DEAF AND DUMB WHEN ASKED.
