To ABOVE9 TRAVEL ein complett Ticket bezahlt und gebucht aber nicht bekommen

i book my airticket with Etihad from amsterdam to bangkok. I told her the saleswoman only book if the train ticket are included. she told me the trainticket is included and coms directly from airline. i have never heard of the airline or Above9 travel i have written and emailed not heard from ABOVE9 travel what are these business practices? my question to ABOVE9 TRAVEL IS ARE THESE NORMALITIES IN CUSTOMER SERVICE PROMISING CASH AND NOT DELIVERING AND PLAY DEAF AND DUMB WHEN ASKED.
