The system was a bit chaotic, mostly because we have booked this trip on many previous occasions through various suppliers. However, the Above9 rep was extremely helpful being prepared to listen and understand our requirements. We must have had 50 communications over a number of days

Inability to accept credit card…
Inability to accept credit card followed by incorrect info for receiving a wire transfer of money followed by “magicallly” being able to accept my credit card. Very frustrating & time consuming. However Mr. Upton was very good!
