Great price with great service. Received my package in 8 days and no additional charges. We can take our own box as well.
I had sent 2 couriers from UK to India, they had stole a few items since I didn’t take a list of items I had packed. They do no take complaints or give resolutions. I called the complaint multiple times and I was laughed at. I’d suggest cargo force for better service.
We recently used ABC Cargo for a shipment and were very happy with their great service and timely delivery. Our items arrived safely, which we really appreciated. One thing to note: there was a difference in the weight when they measured it. I had weighed the items myself at 24.8 kg, but ABC Cargo recorded it as 28 kg, which made the final bill a bit higher than I expected. That said, the overall experience was positive. Their team was professional, the service was efficient, and everything reached on time without any damage—so we were okay with the slight difference. Thank you, ABC Cargo, for your reliable service!
I have used this courier a few times to the UK without problems however today they were extremely annoying and unprofessional (Al Ain office). 1. I asked for a list of prohibited items 2. Packed my box of items accordingly 3. When the packers appeared, they started listing many other types of good which cannot be sent So update / send out an accurate list in the first place. The manager then started to explain that I should have listed what was to be sent so he could check.... Totally RS backwards wobbly headed approach - ridiculous actually. So basically I sent a box not containing the camera and phone which were the most important items. Eeejits with poor practice....

Thief management they are stole items and said customs returns only 1 items and rest of them don't know Please avoid them I had very bad experience

Holiness really stressed at first - because was not sure but staff were so nice and made me confident. Happy with staff service. Sadia the member was dealing with my luggage’s and she was very helpful and understanding. My courier got delivered within 7 days of working. Family was happy even I was happy too

Simple delivery from U.K. to Dubai. Promised 3 day delivery. Currently we are now at 10 days and still no delivery. No updates, no tracking number. Various calls to service team in UK and Dubai and just told anything to get me off the call. DO NOT GO NEAR THESE GUYS.
