I Booked a Sports package through Abbey Travel, Tottenham v Liverpool at the New Tottenham Hotspur Stadium which included match tickets and 2 nights stay in London for 2 people, all good, something came up so contacted Abbey Travel to enquire if I could make it just 1night stay,
I was told no problem but there's a charge, That's OK, was sent invoice So 1 Night in 3*Hotel in London and match tickets €1,078 for 2 people. That's OK, looked at hotel we were allocated, 3* and rooms on there website are €83 per night or €110 for double. Now my friend who was going with me said to me are we in our own rooms, so I email Abbey Travel to enquire and ask for breakdown of pricing, I received a snotty email back from Paul, he said there's no breakdown of pricing, that I new the price whe booking and that there are cheaper deals out there and that we would be sharing a Room with 2 single beds, basically that's it if you want it if not don't be annoying him, all I can say is " How dare he" the cheekbof him, he doesn't know me, I will always look for best value where my hard earned money is concerned, 3*star Hotel with single beds sharing for 1 night and match tickets €1,078 plus charge for cancelling 1night, you having a laugh, as for you Paul, you need to remember that you customers are not stupid , I Paid €200 Deposit for this Football weekend away which I was so looking forward to, only for it to be SPOILED by Abbey Travel Staff member,
As I said to Kevin Keep the Deposit and used it for Customer Focus Course for that particular staff member, How Dare he, and thank for spoiling my Trip, never again will I use or Recommend Abbey Travel
