Thank you Suzanne and Abbey Travel

Our Lapland trip was absolutely magical, and we owe a huge part of that to Abbey Travel – especially Suzanne, who was simply outstanding from start to finish. From the moment I considered booking our trip to Lapland, Suzanne was incredibly patient, helpful, and always honest with her advice. She kept us updated every step of the way, answered all our questions (no matter how small!), and made sure we had realistic expectations – which actually made the whole experience even better. The trip itself was unforgettable – meeting Santa, husky sledding, reindeer rides, and the stunning snowy scenery. Thank you, Suzanne and Abbey Travel, for helping us create memories that will last a lifetime. Highly recommend!

Lisa - a gem

I contacted both Abbey Travel and another operator through social media who promote that they are specialists in arranging America holidays. The other operator came back first with quotes for trip for 2 to New York for October 2020. I declined all as i felt they were over pricing me. A few days passed and i got back in touch with the social media team. They passed my details to Lisa. She asked what i was looking for, took an interest and came back with a number of quotes. I did my research on the hotels, if i was to be honest i would have declined them all if i was to take the word of trip advisor and all the bad reviews. I advised that i would have to wait til the end of the month to make booking (monthly pay), she understood and accomodated this. I contacted back and forth confirming that i would be back in touch. I came back to her yesterday, she resent quotes, i finally picked one. She did everything. Now booked for NY in October 2020. Thanks Lisa

My first time to book with Abbey a…

My first time to book with Abbey a family trip - hotel and flights to Iceland online with Abbey. All very smooth - the flight even had checked in luggage already done so that was awesome. Also I did check the flights and hotels online and the price they offered was more competitive. I changed my return flight back for work and thought it was going to be difficult. The only challenge was that I booked online and so who to contact wasn't clear. It took sometime and some calls. To be fair to them they reached out a few times to contact me and changed my flight without any issues given i booked for 3 people. Paid the flight price difference and it was all systems go. I would recommend them.
