Thank you Suzanne and Abbey Travel

Our Lapland trip was absolutely magical, and we owe a huge part of that to Abbey Travel – especially Suzanne, who was simply outstanding from start to finish. From the moment I considered booking our trip to Lapland, Suzanne was incredibly patient, helpful, and always honest with her advice. She kept us updated every step of the way, answered all our questions (no matter how small!), and made sure we had realistic expectations – which actually made the whole experience even better. The trip itself was unforgettable – meeting Santa, husky sledding, reindeer rides, and the stunning snowy scenery. Thank you, Suzanne and Abbey Travel, for helping us create memories that will last a lifetime. Highly recommend!

Excellent booking experience

Kate is extremely helpful and efficient. She researched flights for us and found us the best price and suitable times. We found the whole experience of getting Kate from Abbey travel to book our flights was seemless and I would highly recommend her services.

Never use again

More of a take your money, send you on a underwhelming holiday that they rate 4 stars and then if you had any issues, well Tough 🤷‍♂️ I’ll never use Abbey Travel again after the post holiday customer service.

She has always provided 100% excellent service and has gone above and beyond the call of duty rmto ensure my holidays were memorable and without any issue.
