Our Lapland trip was absolutely magical, and we owe a huge part of that to Abbey Travel – especially Suzanne, who was simply outstanding from start to finish. From the moment I considered booking our trip to Lapland, Suzanne was incredibly patient, helpful, and always honest with her advice. She kept us updated every step of the way, answered all our questions (no matter how small!), and made sure we had realistic expectations – which actually made the whole experience even better. The trip itself was unforgettable – meeting Santa, husky sledding, reindeer rides, and the stunning snowy scenery.
