Excellent, fast turnaround time within couple of hours. Have used this service before and similar previous experience. This time the airport didn’t need us to show any documentation but for us it’s better to have it than to not.

The level of customer service with virtually instantaneous replies to queries. Plus they are open and transparent with pricing including giving me a refund when I overpaid (which I dont think I did!).

The registration process was a bit long because if you don’t have everything you need ready, you will have to start all over again but once you uploaded everything and submitted, it doesn’t take longer than 15 minutes to receive the certificate, at least that’s how it worked in our case 😊, which gave us peace of mind. I highly recommend 🤗

Very speedy process
Very speedy process. The only drawback was not being advised at the outset about all the information needed to complete the online process and I only found out as I went through the steps. This meant I had to stop and secure a medical summary from my GP then return to the online form which I had to start from the beginning as there is no save option. However, once this was done it was very quick and easy.
