We needed a ‘Fit to fly’ certificate…
We needed a ‘Fit to fly’ certificate for our young son who had come down with chickenpox whilst on holiday. We were being pushed to leave it until the last minute by local clinics and instead used ZoomDoc 48hrs before our flight home. We followed the really simple process of uploading a video and had a certificate returned within ten minutes, meaning not only were we safe to fly, but we could enjoy the last two days of our holiday and take our son out of isolation. It was worth every penny! Thank you.

ZoomDoc for hassle free medical certificates
Was struggling to get a medical certificate for my aunt who was Covid positive and couldn’t go on a cruise. So she could claim against her insurance. Tried the GP and pharmacist to no avail. Googled and bingo! ZoomDoc. It was a very simple process. After the evidence (passport, video taking the test, and pic of the cassette showing the result) was uploaded, the medical certificate was emailed across, signed by a medical doctor (GMC). Problem solved.
