Excellent
Excellent, fast turnaround time within couple of hours. Have used this service before and similar previous experience. This time the airport didn’t need us to show any documentation but for us it’s better to have it than to not.

Fantastic.
Amazing! My little one had chickenpox and it only dawned on me the night before the need for a fit to fly to cover the scabbed spots on his face incase we were stopped. Applied at 18:30 and had the fit to fly back before 19:00 hours confirmed. No issues. Couldn’t recommend enough.

A great experience
My partner and I were hoping to fly to Rome - but I hadn’t any luck getting a fit to travel though the midwife or GP. I was recommended ZoomDoc Health by my midwife and the process was very easy and well instructed to complete. Unfortunately I am not fit to fly but am grateful for the thorough process made by the GP through ZoomDoc, as they are clear with why I can‘t explaining all of my risks and this information comes from the info you upload from your antenatal documents. This thoroughness is massively appreciated as it’s a daunting thought of flying whilst pregnant - but the email I received helped me to be calm. I was also able to get a refund as I did not need a medical certificate - and this process was also clearly explained and my refund went into my bank account a couple of days after asking. I highly recommend ZoomDoc not just for their thoroughness but also their customer service. Although I didn’t get the news I was hopeful for I was impressed by their service.

My experience was mixed
My experience was mixed, as once you start you are supplied with a code to complete questioaire later. I experienced problems getting back onto my application. My advice would be get ALL info you need in advance ,once logged on complete and your fine and dandy. MW.

Excellent service from ZoomDoc! I'd like to name Neil, GiGi and Olivia who were so helpful. My son needed a medical health form filled out and signed for his Camp America work trip to The States. He had left things very last minute and when our GP practice was unable to help, ZoomDoc came to the rescue! Thank You!
