Excellent

Excellent, fast turnaround time within couple of hours. Have used this service before and similar previous experience. This time the airport didn’t need us to show any documentation but for us it’s better to have it than to not.

The file upload part of the process is…

The file upload part of the process is terrible on an iPad. I spent several hours trying to upload and the page refused to refresh. It would also make sense for the system to allow you to save where you get to rather than restart from the beginning. Once the information is uploaded from a laptop it worked much better. The certificate was also quick to be received.

Customer Service Unresponsive

Despite claiming to be a 24/7 company that responds in an hour, my attempts to get through to customer service have been pending for 6 hours without any update. Normally I'd be more patient but considering this is a stressful situation I would expect better responsiveness. Social media hasn't been updated since October so I'm not fully convinced there's actually anyone working anymore.

Very Good and Very Fast Service

Needed a Medical Letter to prove my Disabilities and ZoomDoc never fails to deliver! The GP's who write these letters do so in a very professional and extremely quick manner! Definitely worth the 5 stars. Prices could be slightly less just to help those who are on a low income or Students who don't receive enough

I personally am not very tech savvy,and…

I personally am not very tech savvy,and had to ask for guidance on how to complete my application for my certification. The personel on the phone were helpful and curtious and did not make e feel silly by not knowing how to navigate the system.Excellent service all round, thanks

pregnancy Fit To Fly

I used ZoomDoc for a pregnancy fit-to-fly certificate and, despite a few complications along the way, I’m really grateful for the support I received. It can be difficult to get someone to fully understand your current health situation when there’s conflicting information between two medical professionals, but the team at ZoomDoc were ultimately helpful, patient, and took the time to review my updated documentation. Once everything was clarified, they approved my certificate and I was able to fly as planned. Thank you for helping make that happen!

Brilliant service

Brilliant service, got a fit to fly certificate for my daughter who had recently recovered from chickenpox. Ordered on a Saturday afternoon & the form came back in about 45 minutes. We didn’t actually need the form at the airport but it gave us peace of mind in case. Would highly recommend this company.
